I started practising Yoga in 2011 after hearing about the calming affects it has on the mind. As mine was particularly busy and anxious I thought it was worth a try!
I knew there was so much more to the practice after my first class and was fascinated by the history and philosophy. I've been delving deeper ever since.
I have practiced Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini and many other styles over the years with lots of inspirational teachers.
In 2018 I decided to take my teacher training with teachers Vicki Shields and Donna Southwell at Evolve. It was a transformative experience and gave me such an insight into myself and greatly developed my personal practice.
Yoga has given me such beautiful tools in which to navigate life and I love to share these tools with my clients and help them on their own unique journeys.

Luce Yoga draws inspiration from different types of yoga - traditional to modern - providing a wide range of tools for a holistic experience incorporating the physical, mental and spiritual.
How it works
After an initial consultation to discuss the individuals needs a
personalised session is created.
We can focus on specific areas (relaxation, strengthening, flexibility , meditation etc) or we can flow through more traditional sequences.
Time, date and location will be arranged to suit.
Subsequent sessions can then be booked to develop the individuals practice and extras can be included, such as home practices to work on in their own time.

Yoga was traditionally taught one to one, from teacher to student. These sessions are designed around the individuals needs, lifestyle and capabilities. See detailed information above. Classes also available for small groups who would like a more private experience.
Corporate classes available for yoga in the work place. These classes help to create a calming working environment and improve employee wellbeing.
Enjoy a full relaxing Reiki session or combine with a private yoga session for a full mind and body experience.
